1. Samsung Easy Document Creator doesn't work

   Recently Samsung Easy Document Creator stopped working in Win10. I can open the app, and it detects the printer ProXress M3870W but it doesn't scan. All I see is a blue circ;le searching for the scanner. I have all the drivers and apps intalled. It prints ok. It used to scan correctly, and only recently I have gotten this problem. I've tried all the solutions posted online, but nothing seems to work.
